Support & Contact Guide
Use this page to distinguish help with this website from help with an app account. rummymoderns.com is an independent information publisher. We do not represent an app support team and cannot access accounts, verify identities or process payments.
1. Contact the website publisher
For a broken page, an inaccurate statement or a privacy question about this website, email [email protected]. Include the page address, a concise description of the issue and any relevant public source. We do not promise a specific response time.
Do not include identity documents, passwords, one-time passwords, payment PINs or full bank account details. If a screenshot helps explain a website problem, remove personal and account information first.
2. Verify contacts for an existing app account
For an app account problem, establish which organization operates the installed app and use contact details that can be independently verified against that organization’s published information. We have not confirmed a current app support phone number, WhatsApp number, chat schedule or response time.
- Check spelling and domain names carefully before opening a link or sharing information.
- Do not assume a search advertisement, social media comment or forwarded message belongs to the operator.
- A contact shown inside an app is not sufficient proof if the app’s identity is uncertain. Compare the publisher and contact information with corroborating sources.
- Avoid unsolicited requests to transfer money, reveal security codes or install remote-control software to receive assistance.
3. Prepare a focused support request
For a verified app contact, describe the existing problem, when it occurred, the device and app version involved, and the wording of any error message. Keep a copy of the request and any reply. Share only the information needed to investigate, using the recipient’s verified submission method.
For an existing payment issue, preserve the transaction record and consult your payment provider through its own verified channels. Our Payment & ID Safety guide covers protecting records and identity information. This website cannot determine a payment’s status or promise that it will be recovered.
4. Account access and suspicious messages
Use an account-recovery method only after checking the app or website’s identity. Do not give an authentication code to someone claiming to be support. If a message asks for unrelated documents, an advance fee or remote device access, stop sharing information and verify the request independently.
To report misleading information on this website, send the page link and the correction you believe is needed to our publisher email. Read the Privacy Policy for the scope of our website’s data-handling notice.
